This is a home stay/bed and breakfast in Montford that we helped renovate with Studio Dionisi. Because the house is in the Montford historic district we restored the existing exterior. To accommodate an addition for the owner’s quarters we ended up excavating underneath the house and finishing the basement. We hear it’s a sweet stay. Check out their website at: www.louisasporch.com
