Fairview Forest

Check out the completed images of our recent Fairview Forest project.   We teamed up with Jade Mountain Builders on this home and love how things came together.

All of the wood used for the finish carpentry on the home (including the posts and beams at the front porch) came from trees on the site.

Dunkirk Residence

The Dunkirk Home was a collaboration with Bob Callahan at BuiltSmart by Bob.  The house is nestled into the Kenilworth neighborhood of Asheville and took part in the Modern Asheville tour last year and we’re happy to post some additional finished photos here.  Images below by David Dietrich.

Wyoming Micro House

The Wyoming Micro House is another wonderful collaboration with Lobo Builders.  It boasts 475 sf with a small loft on a corner lot next to the park.  It also includes a vegetated roof by Living Roofs Inc.  Check out the images by Meg Reilley.

We are loving how this renovation is coming together.  A modern entry and new master suite off the back of the house have really transformed the look and function of the house. Earthtone Builders has done a wonderful job with the construction.  See the before pictures below.

The Mothlight at Mr. Fred’s
